On Wednesday November 30, 2016 Scranton Firefighters Local #60 visited Francis Willard School in West Side.  The annual Operation Warm  Coats for Kids fundraiser which raises money to buy winter coats which are made in the USA.  These coats are distributed to children in the Scranton School District and this year Willard was chosen, a total of 340 coats were distributed.  Special thanks to Pvt.
