Center reported that the female caller was trapped in her bedroom of the home and that she could not find her way out. B-Shift firefighters found a fully involved basement fire with smoke filling the entire single family two and a half story structure. Once on scene firefighters used a ground ladder to safely bring the victim down from the porch roof. A family pet was also safely pulled from the building. Two companies were put into service using staff from A- shift, and by 4:17 am all companies were back in service.
