On October 25, 2015 at 5:53 pm a fire was reported at 933 Providence Rd.  Engine Co. 8, Engine Co. 4, Truck Co. 4, Rescue Co. 1 and Car 21 were dispatched.  Truck Co. 4 being only a block away arrived on scene and reported a fire in a single family residence, Car 21 activated the SRN which brought Engine Co. 7 and Engine o Co. 10 to the scene. A-Shift crews quickly brought the fire under control and by 7:30 pm all companies were back in station, a Fire Inspector was called to the scene.
